1. Shipping and Handling Time

The stipulated time for shipping products is 24 to 48 hours, plus an additional 24 hours for order preparation. During special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany, New Year's Day, Easter, Black Friday, among others, shipping may take up to 72 additional hours than usual. It is important to note that these deadlines apply only to working days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will vary depending on their location. Likewise, return costs will be specified in the returns policy. Shipping costs will be calculated in the "Go to Shipping" section when making the purchase in the cart.

3. Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping promotions are valid exclusively for shipments within the Spanish peninsula. This offer is not applicable to the cities of Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

4. Current and valid offers

- Free shipping on all our 100ml, 200ml, and 500ml perfumes.
- Free shipping on catalytic lamps and their refills for purchases over €60.
- Free shipping for 4 sample vials, available completely free of charge, but only when combining this offer with any of the products mentioned above. If requested individually, the corresponding shipping costs will apply.
