2. Obtaining the balance

2. The amount generated will be assigned to the customer once the purchase has been successfully completed.

3. Use and redemption of the balance

1. The accumulated balance may be used exclusively as a discount on future purchases .

4. The maximum redeemable amount is €10 per day .
5. The discount applied cannot exceed 50% of the total purchase amount , including taxes.

4. Limitations and exclusions

1. The accumulated balance:
   • It is personal and non-transferable .

   • It cannot be assigned, sold, donated, or transferred to third parties.
2. The balance cannot be used retroactively on purchases already made.
3. The company reserves the right to deny the use of the balance in the event of fraudulent, improper, or contrary use to these conditions.

5. Validity, Expiration, and Cancellation

1. The company may establish periods of validity or expiration of the accumulated balance, which will be communicated to the customer through the usual means.
2. In the event of cancellation of the customer's account, the accumulated balance will be automatically forfeited, without the right to compensation.
