At Jovisur Perfumería, we seek to build stable, profitable, and long-lasting business relationships with our partners.

For this reason, we offer special terms for resellers and distributors, providing easy access to our range of perfumes and cosmetics without sign-up fees, franchise requirements, or large initial investments.

These conditions govern the commercial collaboration between Jovisur Perfumería and its network of authorized resellers.

1. Conditions of Access

There are no sign-up fees, franchise requirements, or obligations to place large initial orders to start collaborating with Jovisur Perfumería.

2. Commercial Terms for Resellers

Authorized resellers and distributors will have access to exclusive commercial terms for a selection of products.

The rates, discounts, and promotions applicable to each reseller will be communicated individually via WhatsApp, email, or telephone once the partnership application has been approved.

Jovisur Perfumería reserves the right to establish different commercial terms based on purchase volume, geographic area, or active promotional campaigns.

3. First Order

As a welcome to our reseller network:

• The first order will include free shipping, with no minimum purchase amount.
• You will receive 10 free 5 ml samples of the scents of your choice.

4. Shipping Costs

• Orders of €70.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
• For orders under €70.00, shipping costs start at €7.50.

5. Resellers in Sanlúcar de Barrameda

Resellers based in Sanlúcar de Barrameda may pick up their orders directly from the store with no minimum order amount and no shipping costs.

For added convenience, you can place your order online in advance and pick it up once it is ready, avoiding wait times. Alternatively, you can visit the store directly, where your order will be prepared on the spot.

6. Purchase Commitment

A minimum monthly purchase commitment of €100.00 is established to maintain special reseller terms.

During the first three months of collaboration, this commitment will not be enforceable, thereby allowing for an initial adaptation phase.

If the minimum purchase commitment is not met for three consecutive months, Jovisur Perfumería may temporarily suspend the special reseller terms until commercial activity resumes with a new order.

7. Loyalty Program

For every purchase made, the reseller will accumulate 7% of the purchase amount to be redeemed as a discount on future orders, in accordance with the program's current terms and conditions.

8. Offers Published on the Web

Promotions, discounts, and offers published via banners, pop-up messages, coupons, or other promotional areas on the website are intended exclusively for retail customers.

Resellers and distributors already have exclusive commercial terms that cannot be combined with those promotions.

Discounts and special conditions for resellers are confidential and intended exclusively for members of the Jovisur Perfumería distribution network; therefore, they are not published on the website or in other publicly accessible media.

9. Included Products

These conditions apply solely to products included in the Jovisur Perfumería reseller and distributor program.

Jovisur Perfumería may modify, expand, or limit the items included in said program whenever it deems necessary.

10. Modification of the Conditions

Jovisur Perfumería reserves the right to modify these conditions when necessary to adapt them to regulatory, operational, or commercial changes, and undertakes to provide notification of any significant modification.

11. Acceptance of the Conditions

Placing orders under reseller terms implies full acceptance of these commercial conditions.
